안녕하세요? 뉴욕 공인회계사 협회 이정훈 회장입니다.

10월 15일 일정 때문에 모두들 바쁘실 것 같아, 올해 남은 협회 행사 달력에 꼭 표시해 드리도록 알려드립니다.

November 11, 2013 (Monday) Accounting Seminar (8 CPE)

협회에서 처음으로 8 CPE Credit 세미나를 티넥 나비박물관에서 개최합니다.

공인회계사로서 회계와 감사에 관련된 교육은 매년 꼭 필요한 세미나인것 같아협회에서 좋은 강사를 모시고 세미나를 준비했습니다.

NJSCPA 에서 평가가 좋은 강사 분을 추천받아 비싼 강사료를 내고 준비한 세미나입니다. 비용 때문에 참가비를 별도로 받으려 했으나 보다 많은 회원 분들의참여를 위하여 연회비를 내신 회원은 무료로 개최합니다. 비회원 및 기타 참석자는 참가비 $50 있습니다. Breakfast, 점심 제공합니다.

회원 뿐만 아니라 CPA Candidate, CPAs in Private Industry 이런 분들도 참석하면 좋은 세미나 입니다. 직원, 고객회사에 근무하시는 공인회계사 분들도 참석하시면 좋을것 같습니다.

Full Day Seminar 이기 때문에 부담이 되실수도 있으나, 협회에서 처음으로 준비한 8 CPE Credit Seminar 이오니 협회를 응원해 주시는 차원에서 적극 참여부탁드립니다.

Lecturer: Paul Sanchez Bio

Paul J. Sanchez, CPA, CBA, CFSA conducts a CPA practice in Port Washington, New York. He is also the owner of Professional Service Associates (PSA), a consulting and professional training and development business servicing corporate clients (auditors, controllers, etc.), CPA firms, professional associations and others. He was an assistant professor at Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus as well as an adjunct lecturer at City University of New York. Prior to starting PSA, Paul was the Vice President-Professional Development for the Audit Division of a regional bank and Director of Professional Practices and Vice President of a money-center bank, where he directed the professional practice development and training for internal auditors. He was also on the technical staff of the Auditing Standards and Examinations Divisions of the AICPA. He practiced public accounting in the New York office of Deloitte where he also was involved as a firm recruiter and in-house professional development instructor. He was an owner and auditing and financial accounting seminar leader for the Person/Wolinsky CPA Review Courses, a company that prepared candidates to pass the Uniform CPA Examination. He is a frequent lecturer and seminar leader for accounting, auditing, banking and other professional presentations and is the author of the textbook, “Accounting Basics for Community Financial Institutions” (Financial Managers Society, 2^nd edition 2009) and the monthly “Ideas an Analysis Letter: The Sanchez Take,” (see www.sanchez-psa.com).
