Financial Forecast Prohibited by NJ CPA Law
| 은행 융자 관련하여 모기지 브로커로 부터 사업체에서 자금을 인출하여도 향후 영업에 지장이 없다는 편지를 요구하는 경우가 있었습니다.
AICPA 관련 규정은 상당히 기술적인 표현들이 많아, 무슨 근거로 그런 편지를 써 주지 않는지근거 서류를 요구할때 설명이 어려웠습니다.
첨부한 뉴저지 CPA 관련 법규는 이 부분에 대하여 상당히 명확하고 간단하게 규정이 되어 있어 참고할 만 합니다. 첨부 파일 마지막 장을 보시기 바랍니다.
“A licensee … shall not permit the licensee’s name to be used in conjunction with any forecast of future transactions in a manner which may reasonably lead to the belief that the licensee vouches for the achievability of the forecast.”
